On Thursday March 7, 2024 at 16:00 the NVP organizes, in collaboration with Loyens & Loeff and PwC, the webinar Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

Content
In the context where CSRD will be applicable to a large number of businesses and organizations (2 out of the 3 following criteria's: 1/ revenues > €50m; 2/ Balance Sheet > €25m; 3/ FTEs > 250), we are organizing this webinar to help our members to better understand its implications. 
 
The webinar will cover the following items: 
brief reminder of the CSRD background (e.g., EU Green Deal)
application/scope of the reporting obligation to PE funds and/or their portfolio companies (e.g., How should I calculate the financial thresholds to determine the applicability to my fund? Should I report at fund/SPV level?)
practical implementation at portfolio company level and efficiency/optimization creation at PE firm level.
