The webinar will focus on how personal style can impact a negotiation outcome, as well as what to focus on to maximize value of any deal. How do you identify the type of negotiation to pursue the right negotiation style with the best outcome? Not only for yourself but also for the relationship you are about to enter with your portfolio company for usually many years in the future. Marc & Adrien will let you in the ingredients for success in negotiations.

Speakers
Marc Saris is one of the founding partners of Impact Negotiation Group. He started his career in the oil and gas responsible for contracting large capex projects, spending time abroad in Dubai and Iraq. He subsequently joined The Gap Partnership as a negotiation trainer and subsequently joined their consulting team. After The Gap he transitioned to the PE joining NPM Capital where he acted as an internal advisor towards the participation companies and investment teams on negotiation and procurement challenges. In 2022 he started Impact Negotiation Group, a negotiation consultancy and training company focused on giving companies a competitive edge in their negotiations through meticulous planning and preparation.

Adrien is a sales expert with extensive experience training buyers and sellers in FMCG, Retail, and Pharmaceutical industries across Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and the UK. As a partner at Impact Negotiation Group and former consultant at The Gap Partnership, he has deep knowledge of negotiation strategies. Adrien has supported companies in complex market access and pricing negotiations in Europe, and played a key role in improving profitability of his clients in the Benelux and France. Fluent in French, English, and Dutch, he previously helped grow a SaaS startup (Mendix) significantly before its acquisition by Siemens.
