About us
The Young NVP Committee is the official committee of the Dutch Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (NVP) dedicated to connecting and empowering the next generation of investment professionals in VC & PE.

Our Mission
To connect, inspire, and develop young investment professionals by offering high-quality networking events, relevant content, and learning experiences tailored to the early stages of a career in private capital and venture capital.

Our 2025 Plans
In 2025, the Young NVP Commission is focused on three key pillars:

1. Community Building

Strengthening and maintaining the Young NVP network by fostering genuine connections and knowledge-sharing among members, both online and offline. This includes launching new channels to stay connected, subscribe to our newsletter or follow our LinkedIn page to stay up to date.

Organizing inspiring and connecting events that bring together young professionals across the private equity and venture capital ecosystem. Upcoming events include:

Ensuring the continuity and effectiveness of the committee through better internal structure, defined roles, and long-term planning. We aim to build a future-proof platform that grows alongside its members.

Adraudis Santos, ROM Horizon Flevoland - Lead Communications – External communication, visibility, social media & newsletter strategy
