Netherlands Diversity Report 2025

The Level 20 Netherlands Diversity Report 2025 launched last week and reveals encouraging progress in gender representation across Dutch PE and VC investment teams. 1) Overall, women now represent 18% of investment professionals in the Netherlands, up from 15% in 2023. 2) The biggest gains have come at junior (+6%) and mid level (+4%) roles – clear signs that efforts to improve early-stage talent pipelines are taking hold. 3) Senior representation, however, remains unchanged at 9%, highlighting the need to focus on retention and promotion.
