NVP thinks increasing diversity - in the broadest sense - in the sector is very important. According to the Chair of the Board, Annemarie Jorritsma, teams that are diverse in composition achieve better results, but one must realise that diversity is about more than just male/female ratios.

The Diversity Committee was recently established to ensure maximum commitment to a diverse sector. We also closely follow various sector initiatives and feature female entrepreneurs who have raised venture capital.
