Can you describe a particular topic within the training that you found valuable, and explain how you applied this in your work?
Alexandra: ''The most valuable topic was personal relationships that were build. There is also an intervision module part of the training that supports us as professionals in how to deal with some interpersonal related issues with companies or team members.''

Alexandra: ''It was really good to work alongside other VC peers. The opportunity to interact with VC experts and peers enriched my learning experience by providing a platform to exchange diverse perspectives and insights. These interactions not only broadened my knowledge but also helped me build a professional network.''
