Standard NDAs

Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are often signed during transactions. These documents are complex and time-consuming to draw up.

To alleviate this, a working group of Houthoff and Loyens & Loeff from the NVP Legal & Regulatory Committee designed a number of NVP standard NDAs in 2021. The standard NDA is intended as a guideline, not a binding model. One type of document is designed for one-on-one situations, another version is for auctions with multiple parties.

Both Dutch and English texts are now available for both types of NDAs. In addition, some substantive adjustments have been made in response to comments from members.
