NVP and Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) would like to invite you all to the latest edition of continuing education with an advanced training on identifying and achieving value creation. In this two-part training, the team from A&M will walk the group through how they identify revenue opportunities, cost savings, and liquidity improvements in pre- and post-deal environments and then detail out how those plans can be achieved while minimizing risk and disruption to the business. We expect participants to walk away from these sessions with improved toolkits on how to identify and drive value for their portfolio companies and funds overall.
