About this training
During this training, you will gain insight into the complete process of setting up, structuring, and maintaining investment funds. Using real-world examples, the key documentation, agreements, and negotiation points will be discussed.

The training takes an integrated approach that brings together civil, tax, and regulatory aspects enabling you to understand how these disciplines interact when shaping private equity and other investment funds.

Over the course of two afternoons:

• You will be guided through the key commercial, legal, financial regulatory, and tax considerations in fund structuring, You will gain an understanding of why funds adopt certain structures and how these are applied across different jurisdictions, 
• You will explore and experience the negotiation dynamics between fund managers and investors.

No prior knowledge is required, the program is suitable for anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of the logic and functioning of fund structures within private equity and venture capital.
