This fully online program, exclusively for NVP members, provides a clear and practical understanding of  venture capital term sheets. Through a combination of eLearning and live expert sessions, participants connect theory with real-world VC practice while learning at their own pace.

Training format
The Digital Learning Track: VC Deal Terms is a cohort-based program of six weeks. The content is released in two clear learning blocks of each 3 weeks so you can progress through the material in a structured way, at your own pace.

The program combines:

• eLearning from Molo Academy
• 50+ concise video lessons presented by an AI-generated avatar
• 12 structured modules (approx. 8h learning time in total)
• Quizzes after each module to test your knowledge
• Three months access to all learning material
• Live interaction with Experts
• Two interactive live online expert sessions
• Deeper discussion of complex topics
• Room for questions and practical insights you just learned

Peer learning
Exchange of thoughts with fellow participants within the cohort (separate online community)

Participants who successfully complete the course (including the quizzes after each module) will receive a certificate.

The training content consists of 12 modules covering all key elements of venture capital deal terms. You’ll also get access to various downloads: Term Sheet Template, Cap Table Model, Glossary of Terms.

Speakers
The course is developed by two of the three authors of the leading venture capital deal terms reference guide ‘Venture Capital Deal Terms: A Guide to Negotiating and Structuring Venture Capital Transactions’ and offered in collaboration with Molo Academy.

During the live sessions, experienced venture capital professionals from the NVP Network will guide the deeper discussion, reflection and Q&A.
