The NVP Academy, together with Deloitte & Rabobank, organizes the key topic training Acquisition Financing. In just two afternoon sessions, you’ll be taken step by step through the full financing journey, from determining financing needs to the contract phase and disbursement of funds. By combining the expertise of two leading players in the acquisition finance market, the process is highlighted from multiple perspectives, covering the roles and objectives of investors, companies, and financiers at each stage.

- Kimberly Voest (Deloitte)
Kimberly is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Debt & Capital Advisory practice, advising clients across a wide range of financing markets and instruments.
She specialises in supporting private equity funds and their portfolio companies in structuring and raising debt financing. Kimberly has extensive experience working with leading private equity houses, including Rivean Capital, NPM Capital, and Vendis Capital, and she guides clients from strategic capital structure advice through to the successful execution of debt transactions, both domestically and cross-border. Deloitte Debt & Capital Advisory is the international market leader for mid-market direct lender transactions.
Unfortunately, Kimberly will be unable to attend on November 4th, and for that reason Lucas van de Ven will take over her role on that day.

Lucas van de Ven is a Senior Manager within Deloitte’s Debt & Capital Advisory practice, specialising in advising clients across the full spectrum of financing markets and instruments.
He focusses on supporting private equity funds and PE-backed companies in securing optimal debt financing solutions, having advised amongst others Rivean Capital, NPM Capital, and Capital A. With extensive experience, Lucas provides strategic guidance on capital structure optimisation and identifies suitable sources of finance, managing the end-to-end process of debt raising for both domestic and cross-border transactions.

- Jeroen Verstappen (Deloitte)
Jeroen is a Partner in Deloitte’s Debt & Capital Advisory practice, that advises its clients on the complete spectrum of financing markets and instruments.
Jeroen co-heads the Dutch DCA Private Equity team, advising PE and PE-backed companies on obtaining the optimal debt financing. He has extensive experience in providing of strategic advice on the optimum capital structure and available sources of finance through to the execution of raising debt on both national an cross-border transactions.
