Together with law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek the NVP organises a Sustainable Finance webinar on Tuesday, September 1st from 16:00 till 17:00 hours CET.
Minke Hoekstra (counsel at the Brauw) will update you on the legislative developments with regard to the Sustainable Finance action plan from the European Commission and the potential impact it has on private equity and venture capital firms. What are new disclosure requirements, how will sector legislation (e.g. AIFMD) be amended and what does it mean for remuneration policies? The presentation will be given in English and mainly aims at investors and fund managers who are eager to increase their knowledge on this topic. Yet, others are more than welcome to join.
