‘'I think it's important to keep increasing my substantive knowledge. During NVP Essentials Private Equity I met many new people and learned from specialists from the private equity sector.”

This classic proves to be an indispensable basic training for anyone who works in the private equity sector. The Essentials consist of nine modules. In these modules, you will explore specific aspects of valuation, deal structuring, bank financing and investment management together with experts from the private equity sector. Management assessment and negotiation are also discussed. The speakers are of a high level and all specialists in their field. As a member or associate member of the NVP, they know exactly what participants need to know. Because members and associates all work for different companies, this training offers the opportunity to get to know people from the sector.
